1. What products do you sell?

We specialize in ice makers and kitchen appliances, designed for home and professional use. All products are manufactured and sold directly by Ice Makers, a family-owned business based in the France.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within France. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. How long does delivery take?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit time (France): 3–4 business days
  • Total delivery time: 4–6 business days

For orders placed after 05:00 PM (GMT+01:00, Paris), processing will begin the next business day.

4. Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within France.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in their original packaging. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
